I’ve been a pioneer in digital conversations since the very beginning. In 1973 I took my first mobile phone call while working for AT&T. In 1998 my team drove highly profitable upgrade sales on the web for Now Software. In 2004, I launched the groundbreaking “Paybloggers” program for Marqui, one of social media’s first viral successes.
